Tea Meditation
A slow, meditative gathering centered around the simple act of drinking Tea together in silence. You’ll be gently guided through several bowls of carefully prepared Tea, creating space for deep presence, nervous system regulation, and a quiet return to yourself. An opportunity to exhale after the fullness of the holidays. First timers are welcome.
Tea Meditation + Salt Cave Healing
Join us for a calming Tea meditation held inside the soothing environment of the Salt Cave. This guided, meditative experience combines the gentle ritual of drinking Tea with the respiratory and nervous system benefits of halotherapy, creating a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle the body.
As you sip thoughtfully prepared Tea, the mineral-rich salt air supports relaxation, breath awareness, and a sense of grounding. No prior meditation or tea ceremony experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.

Yule Tea Ceremony: Mother's Night
Mother’s Night marks the opening of Yule, a quiet threshold at the darkest point of the year, traditionally honoring the Great Mother, ancestral lineage, and the forces that carry life through winter. In this Tea ceremony, we gather in meditative silence to share Tea as a symbol of nourishment, warmth, and continuity — the ancient mother holding us through the dark. This is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and rest within the steady rhythms of nature.
