Join me on December 20th for a Tea ceremony honoring Mother’s Night, the first night of Yule and the threshold of the Winter Solstice season. Traditionally, Mother’s Night marks a time of deep stillness and remembrance. A pause in the year to honor the Great Mother, our ancestors, and the unseen forces that sustain life through the dark.
In this ceremony, we gather in quiet presence to share Tea; a plant long revered across cultures as a symbol of the ancient Mother: nourishing, grounding, and steady. Tea offers warmth, continuity, and gentle strength during the darkest time of the year, reminding us of life’s persistence beneath the surface.
Through meditative silence and the simple act of drinking Tea together, we create space for reflection, rest, and reconnection with the maternal rhythms of nature and lineage. This is a time to slow down, listen inward, and honor what is being held and gestated in the dark.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
